Hotel was near the town and easy to get to. Hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and quiet at night. Enjoyed our stay there.
Staff in bar need to keep check on payments for meals there not everyone charges to the room

We received complimentary upgrade to a suite on both rooms which was fantastic. Both rooms were next to each other which again was so convenient. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast price of just €10 for a full Irish. This was spectacular giving that most hotels charge €15+. I hope they keep the price the same and the food was gorgeous. The fridge in the suite was very clean and I was again pleased that there was a "normal" hairdryer in the drawer, which I rather, as well as the one you have to keep the button pressed on.
The carpets in the suite were stained in patches as were the curtains. There was also a hair in the bath. However, this did not take from the cleanliness.

Rooms were clean, of good size and excellent shower. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Although the staff at reception were excellent, a couple of the bar staff seemed less than happy to be working and service at the bar was pretty slow.

The double room was comfy, but a bedside lamp would've helped.

The only faults I had with the holiday inn was that the room was very cold even with the heating system in the room up full it was still cold in there and also the fact that there was only 2 sockets in the room and only one of them working was an inconvenience with 2 phones to be charged and a camera as well as needing to use hair straighteners..
